A1:  Unfortunately, Panama is not on the list of areas the VA has that stored or used Agent Orange (AO). There are locations the concedes exposure to AO outside of Vietnam. Of course, there are specific dates and duties that were performed, that entitle vets to be awarded compensation. These areas ore Cambodia, Canada, India, Johnson Atoll, Korea, Laos, and Thailand. Again, just because you were at one of these locations, your dates and your duties while there, will determine if you can be service connected for any of the disabilities listed on the AO list.  (DS)  1/11/21

A2:  Unfortunately the VA does not recognize Panama, as using Agent Orange there. I filed a claim for a Veteran with Sugar Diabetes who served in Panama, 15 years ago and it was denied because they did not recognize Panama as an area where Agent Orange was used.  (GR)  1/11/21

A3:   Yes Agent Orange was sprayed In Panama.  (KK)  1/13/21
