Use Form Below To Respond

A1:  What was done with you for refusing to take the shot? What type of discharge were you given? I suggest you consult with an Accredited VSO with the American Legion, VFW, DAV or another Service Organization. He/She will be able to assist you. Remember under service regulations at the time you could be forced to take immunizations.  (GH)  5/8/20

A3:   Unfortunately, in today's world there not much being done.

I would recommend you invite your congressman's military liaison to lunch and discuss this problem face to face.

You better have all of your ducks lined up with facts and specifics. Otherwise, your wasting your time and the representative.

If your only argument is that you feared the shot would ruin your health. You do not have a justifiable position. I am sorry but those are the cold facts.

You may have a case if you can prove the vaccination was not developed properly, was not tested properly, etc...

Take your original question and paste it into BING. You will find tons of information.  (RJ)  5/11/20
