Q415:  I am a disabled (100%) Vietnam vet living in Germany. I receive SS payments and disability payments from the US government, but have to pay taxes in Germany. Will I receive the stimulus check also, or is that just a rumor? One doesn't know what to believe anymore.

A3:  I am an expatriate as well, my daughter (who has never been to the U.S., but files her taxes to the U.S. on time with 2555) received her check yesterday.  She has never had to pay taxes because she does not earn anywhere near the maximum amount allowed.  Based on this, I would expect to receive one as well.  (JD)  5/12/20
