Use Form Below To Respond

A1:  I know the VA has programs to make disabled veterans' homes handicapped-accessible, but I am not certain about energy efficient. However, many local utility companies and contractors have programs for low- or no-cost energy efficient upgrades for disabled veterans. Contact your local power utility or Building Trades Association.  (DJ)  4/29/20

A2:  Unfortunately, the VA does not offer a grant. However there is a VA Energy-efficient home improvement loan program that might meet your needs.
