Q392:  I wrote an "Issue" that has been ask numerous times about the VA-Grant and PerDiem Program and I continue to get "Stoned Walled."  What is the deal with veterans "ALREADY" in this program and their time is running out to either be put out on the streets again, and once again be "homeless" or has the VA come up with an extension to allow more time until this "Virus Issue" is over or at the very BEST, under control?
