Q371: Don't know if I'm asking the right questions however I just wanted to know if I'm only allowed cost of living allowance increases, and/or can I have an increased payment due to the economy and/or I'm struggling with Bill's? Which I've been paying everyone on time but usually left broke, I refinanced my home for a lower mortgage, any help and/or assistance with information would be appreciated.

A1: You will get a cola increase if there is a cola in that year. (JP) 3/9/20
A2: You will only get a COLA increase once a year, and that is only if Social Security has a Cola increase. Maybe you can apply for other compensation if you have additional ailments. You might want to apply for social security disability also. You could be eligible for that and that will supplement your income. (MAC) 3/9/20
