Q368:  I was discharge from USMA Hospital. I was transferred to a medical MOS due my extended medical stay (surgeries and rehab) for my disabilities that occurred during my active duty be on my enlisted time in the Army. My document dates, MOS were wrong. I was told that they would be updated and new document would be sent to me. Never received documents. Over the years my old paper work was lost and now need documents for home loans and new license federal Law. I'm Army 100% VA unemployable & home bound. How can I get the documents I need?
