Q358:  Do all disabilities have to be service connected for VA compensation? Especially the new pain disability I have read about.

A1:  No. Especially as it can be very hard to prove mental health disability is service connected.  (LR)  2/10/20

    

A2:  Simply said yes, all disabilities needs to be put on form 21-526ez, put chronic pain and what jpart of the body that has the chronic pain.  (GR)  2/10/20

A4:  Yes. The VBA provides veterans compensation for each injury, illness condition as a disability as long you can prove that your condition is service connected. To do so, you will need to provide 'black & white' - documented evidence indicating it happened because of service connection. (JL)  2/10/20
