A1: LA is the worse Regional Office for veterans. It will take years to get justice. You will have to appeal and appeal. Get one of your senators involved. With this current presidential administration it will be even harder as it wants to reduce government spending and that is where you get your compensation. You cannot reduce taxes with a huge national debt and still pay out benefits so there is pressure to delay you so you give up. Do not give up if you have a just health issue but keep in mind it will most likely take a long time. VA benefit workers get bonuses to not award compensation. The health care is not bad at all but it is another thing with the compensation. Good luck and do not give up ever. (JD) 10/2/18
