Veteran Pantry Guidelines
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR CLAIM AN ITEM FOR VETERAN ID CARDHOLDERS OR VETERAN DEPENDENT CARDHOLDERS AND DISCHARGE CERTIFICATE CARD CARDHOLDERS TO CLAIM ITEMS FROM THE VETERAN PANTRY. A PURCHASE IS NOT AVAILABLE AND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF CLAIMING ANY FREE ITEM. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW OR REGULATIONS.
ELIGIBILITY: The USVCP “Members Only” Veteran Pantry (the “Pantry”) is open to all USVCP Veteran ID Cardholders, Veteran Dependent Cardholders and Discharge Certificate Cardholders throughout the world, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age as of the date of their entry. Employees of USVCP (“Sponsor”), Aspyre Media Group, LLC., their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Promotion Parties”), and the immediate family defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents, or persons living in the same household of each are not eligible. This Pantry is void where restricted or prohibited, and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
HOW TO REQUEST A FREE ITEM: During the Published Period ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE, simply go to the item you want and complete the simple online form and submit the online request form by providing your complete name, address and email address and your card number and click on the "submit" button. One request per veteran/dependent and/or per email address. All requests must be received with complete card number or it will be rejected. Requests that are lost, late, misdirected, garbled, or incompletely received for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at computer servers or elsewhere, will not be eligible. All items will be allotted on a first come, first serve basis based on the number of allotted items. Once all of the allotted items have been requested, the Request Period for that particular item will end and the Veteran Pantry will be closed.
GENERAL: By participating in the Veteran Pantry program, and any promotions relating thereto, each participant agrees to release and hold Sponsor, their respective employees, officers, directors, agents, and any other companies participating in the Veteran Pantry harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy, either directly or indirectly related to or arising from the “Veteran Pantry” or from acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of any pass or similar item.
Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with the Veteran Pantry or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of requests in the Veteran Pantry. Promotion Parties and/or their respective agents assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or authorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Promotion parties are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in the Veteran Pantry.
If, for any reason, the Veteran Pantry is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of USVCP which corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Veteran Pantry Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Veteran Pantry.
ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION IS/MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
TO ENTER: All Veteran Pantry items will be available when published by USVCP. Times vary according to availability of items. Internet access is required to enter and you must have a registered account on USVCP (the “Website”). Registration on the Website is free. During the Veteran Pantry Period, you must: (1) Visit the USVCP website Veteran Pantry page and review the item within the iFrame on the website. (2) Complete the on-site prompt to enter by submitting your first name, last name, email, and card number. (3) Once you have entered your information, click the enter button to submit your request. Limit one (1) individual submission per veteran/dependent, per email address for the duration of the Veteran Pantry Period. Entries received from any person or email address in excess of the above-stated limitation will be void. Entries generated by script, macro or mechanical means and entries made by any means that subvert the entry process are void. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email used to enter the Veteran Pantry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the email address.
Users will be asked to consent to receive promotional e-mails and reminder e-mails from USVCP. For the Veteran Pantry, entrants are required to opt into receiving emails from USVCP to be officially entered to claim free items. Veteran or dependent may “opt out” of emails at any time.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: Entries must comply with these Official USVCP GUIDELINES and must not defame or libel Sponsor or any third party. Entries that do not comply with these Official Guidelines or that otherwise contain prohibited or inappropriate content, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, will be disqualified and will not be eligible for any item in the Veteran Pantry. Sponsor makes the final determination as to which entries are eligible to take part in the Veteran Pantry, and Sponsor’s decisions shall be binding. All participating veterans/dependents acknowledge and agree that their entries become the property of the Sponsor.
