How did "Kansas City Missouri" make the list of top most friendly Cities for Veterans??? I'm a Disabled Service Connected War Veteran and have lived in Kansas City Missouri many years... And, I haven't seen any Friendliness to Veterans here at all.  That City Council must be Lying Again...
