Dear Mr. Doe:
I recently received the copy of my C-file and service medical records that I had requested from you three months ago. I am now writing to complain about the numerous inaccuracies that appear in my C-file and service medical records.
The most glaring error is that several pages are missing from my service medical records that show my stay in the hospital after a huge firefight in Vietnam. Thus, the history of my medical treatment from shrapnel wounds in Vietnam cannot be proven. That information was the crux of my claim.
If I am to have any success at winning my disability claim I need that information. What can you do to get it?
