Boulettes Larder + Boulibar focus on the finest seasonal, artisanal, and local products with a varied Mediterranean vocabulary.
Boulettes Larder is located on the Southeast side of the Ferry Building; there, one can enjoy business breakfast in the beautiful kitchen or on our patio facing the sunrise and the Bay Bridge. The culinary orientation of our Sunday brunch service is among the most special expressions by a chef in the Bay Area.
Boulibar is our wood oven centered dining room off of the central nave of the Ferry Building. It shares the culinary sensitivity of Boulettes Larder and presents a casual lunch and dinner menu in a comfortable and beautiful dining room.
Many locals, international visitors, artists and chefs comprise our regular clientele. Boulettes Larder has been recognized as a top Michelin destination restaurant since 2006 and we were just named one of the Top 100 Restaurants in the Bay Area.

A special feature of the restaurant is its Larder shop where we offer a small repertoire of cakes and cookies for retail sale. Candidates for the pastry position should have some experience in technique and production for a restaurant, and in plating desserts in a restaurant environment. The pastry cook will work alongside Chef Schwertner and the Pasty Chef.
For all applicants, a California Food Handler's Certificate is required. Knowledge and love of the food industry, attention to detail and a strong work ethic are qualifiers.
