Lately, the criminals particularly like VAMCs, CBOCs, Vet Centers, and Regional Offices parking lots to commit their crimes. All over America, these sophisticated criminals are using improvised electronic devices (IED) to electronically unlock vehicles and steal whatever they find inside.
While cars are becoming increasingly high-tech, the thieves looking to steal them or the contents inside, are too.
