Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse
Full-Time LPN position in the Residential Department at Raintree. Part-time LPN position for group homes. The LPN will render nursing care services to facility residents as directed by licensed physician, dentist, podiatrist, or R.N. in adherence to the Nurse Practice Act and in accordance with the facility's objectives and policies, (e.g. administers medications, treatments, tube feedings; assess residents' medical status and initiates appropriate nursing interventions to meet the resident's needs; consult with registered nurse for her expertise, when indicated), and communicate with consulting medical personnel when delegated by the supervisor.
