Daily Food Journal
The Daily Food Journal is the perfect tool to help you track and monitor trends in your daily food and liquid consumption. Use your Daily Food Journal to record breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack intake. Each page in your Daily Food Journal consists of two sections, one for each day.
Your Daily Food Journal can be used for all food and liquids you consume. Research indicates that keeping a food journal helps you identify problematic foods (those that cause allergic reactions) and helps you stay motivated to improving your eating routine.
Your Daily Food Journal comes with two psychological measures allowing you to assess your eating attitude. Use the Compulsive Eating Scale (CES) to assess and gain an understanding of your eating mind-set, and use the Goldfarb Fear of Fat Scale to monitor and measure your eating routine. Each assessment tests shows eating norms.
